PATIL ORAL ORDER This Review Petition is filed seeking to review the order dated 25.06.2025 passed in Writ Petition No.15620/2019. 2. Sri.S.V.Desai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed a suit for injunction against the Government and in the said suit the private respondents herein filed an application for impleadment, which was allowed and affirmed by this Court in the writ petition. However, observations made that the private respondents have - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:20448 RP No. 310 of 2025 a right to use the said land, if the authority comes to conclusion that 1 acre and 39 guntas is a Katte and such an observation would come in the way of deciding Writ Petition No.8482/2022 filed by the petitioner which is pending adjudication. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the order under review and grounds urged. 4. Learned counsel has failed to point out that there is error apparent on the face of record to review the order dated 25.06.2025. However, it is made clear that the finding recorded by this Court in paragraph No.8 with regard to the right of the private respondents should not come in the way of petitioner pursuing his remedy in Writ Petition No.8482/2022 as well as in the suit. 5.
