GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING The Court made the following: 4 Order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was entrusted with five (05) works i.e., 1) Construction of CC drain from Kasu Chenchu Naidu house to Swarna Chennareddy house at Teachers Colony, 2nd Main Road in 25th Ward of Kavali Municipality, vide Agreement No.175/2023-24/GGMP, dated 13.11.2023, 2) Construction of CC drain from Mavuluri Siddulu Naidu house to Martala Malyadri house via Koppula Ramanaiah house at New Sivalayam Street in 23rd Ward of Kavali Municipality vide Agreement No.207/2023-24/GGMP dated 25.11.2023, 3) Construction of CC drain from Ravuru Siva House to Merella Mallikarjuna house at Santhi Nagar main road in 21st Ward of Kavali Municipality vide Agreement No.498/2023-24/GGMP, dated 13.03.2024, 4) Construction of CC drain From Puli Venugopal house to Martala Malyadri house at Saibaba Temple Street in 23rd Ward of Kavali Municipality vide Agreement No.208/2023-24/GGMP, dated 25.11.2023 and 5) Construction of CC Road from PL Prabhudas house to Muthu Kumaran house at Jayausha School Cross Road in 21st Ward of Kavali Municipality vide Agreement No.497/2023- 24/GGMP dated 13.03.2024. 2. It is submitted that the petitioner had completed the works entrusted to her and that the competent authority of the respondents had also approved the payment due and payable to the petitioner. The respondents have also recorded the progress of the works and the amounts due and payable to the petitioner in the M-Book. 5 3. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department, Sri Gudapati Laxmi Narayana, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos.2 & 3 and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance and Planning. 4. During the course of hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.2 & 3 submits that the works are completed and that the petitioner had also submitted his final bills. 5. Recording the submissions, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the respondents to verify and release the payments due and payable to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
