Case No. 711 of 2025. Earlier, the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 23.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63373 of 2025. 3. From the perusal the records, it appears that earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected on 23.09.2025 and the petitioner has filed this successive bail application in this Court again on 4.2.2026, after four months from the rejection of the earlier bail order and the practice of filing successive bail applications by the learned counsels is discouraged by this Court.
