abroad was granted to petitioner, subject to the deposit of FDR amount of Rs.2 crore with the trial Court. 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted permission to travel abroad from 01.06.2026 to 15.06.2026. Thereafter, petitioner left the country and returned on 11.06.2026 and surrendered himself before the Court on 12.06.2026. Counsel produces the copy of the zimini orders in this regard, which are taken on record. Furthermore, FDR amount of Rs.2 crore deposited pursuant to the order of this Court has already been returned to the petitioner. 3. In view of the above, no further direction is required to be issued and no useful purpose would be served by keeping the present petition pending. 4. Accordingly, petition stands disposed of.
