The limited grievance of the petitioner is that post his promotion against the post of Principal, he has been posted in terms of notification Annexure P-1, dated 02.04.2026, at GSSS Dhar Chandna, District Shimla, which is a sub cadre area. 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is to superannuate on 31.07.2026 and therefore, in these circumstances, it would be in the interest of justice, in case, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the representation filed by the petitioner, appended with the petition as Annexure P-2, be 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:12307 decided expeditiously and he be posted at a nearby station. 4. In light of the fact that the petitioner is to superannuate on 31.07.2026, this petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to decide the representation (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today and post him at a station which is convenient to him, i.e. from where he can manage his affairs qua his post retirement settlement as the petitioner is to superannuate on 31.07.2026.
