Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record. 2. The petitioner seeks transfer. 3. The petitioner’s application for transfer was considered by the head of the institution and no objection certificate issued by the head of the institution. Thereafter the application was not forwarded to the DI of Schools. 4. The petitioner insists on transfer and prays for an order directing the head of the institution to forward his application to the DI of Schools. 5. Without entering into the merits of the application seeking transfer, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the head of the institution to take necessary steps to forward the application of the petitioner to the District Inspector of Schools in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. The District Inspector of Schools shall take consequential necessary steps in the matter at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of all documents from the school. 7. If the application of the petitioner for transfer is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken without any further delay. 8. The fate of the petitioner’s application shall be made known to the petitioner. 9. It is made clear that suspension of Utsashree portal will not stand in way of the respondent authority to consider the transfer application of the petitioner. 10. The writ petition stands disposed of. 11. Parties to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 12.
