Heard Ms. Astha Patel, learned counsel for the appellant. Also heard Mr. Prasun Bhaduri, learned Deputy Advocate General, appearing for the State. 2. The present intra-Court appeal has been preferred by the appellant assailing the order dated 24.06.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge in WPC No. 3059 of 2026 (Naresh Mittal & Another v. State of Chhattisgarh & Others), whereby the writ petition preferred by the writ petitioners/respondents No. 6 and 7 herein has been disposed of. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal. 4. Learned State counsel, on the other hand, submits that the direction issued by the learned Single Judge vide order dated 24.06.2026 passed in WPC No. 3059 of 2026 has already been 3 complied with and, therefore, nothing further survives for consideration in the present appeal. 5. In view of the aforesaid submission and since the direction issued by the learned Single Judge has already been complied with, the present appeal has rendered itself infructuous. 6.
