No.2116 of 2022. 2. Learned HCGP submits that charges have been framed two years prior to the filing of the present petition and the trial is on. 3. The counsel for the petitioners submits that the complainant is not appearing before the concerned Court, therefore impeding the trial to be concluded. 4. In the light of the issue being the one punishable under Sections 498(A), 494, 504, 506 r/w 34 of IPC, while reserving liberty to the petitioners to urge all the contentions before the concerned Court at the appropriate time, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to conclude the proceedings within an outer limit of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order, if not earlier.
