The petitioner in this writ application stated that due to unlawful act, illegal activities and unconstitutional work actions being done by the respondent Nos.2 to 5 because respondent Nos.2 to 5 are directly involved in cybercrime for earning more money through mobile number, respondent Nos.2 to 5 support each other in these types of unlawful act, illegal activities and unconstitutional work. So, the petitioner filed this application for taking very strict action against culprits for their all these unlawful act, illegal activities and unconstitutional work. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that in his mobile phone, he is receiving messages from the private entity i.e. one Elektrokraft, which is a business organization. He submits that he has not authorized the said organization to send messages. Thus, the private respondent be directed to restrain from sending the messages. 4. Considering the submission of the petitioner and the relief claimed, I am of the opinion that no order can be passed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner should approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed with aforesaid liberty. 6.
