Das, learned counsel for the alleged contemnor No.1 by placing the copy of speaking order dated 28.08.2025 submits that the order of this Court dated 24.06.2024, passed in WP(C) No.3534/2025 whereby, the alleged contemnor has been directed to considered and pass necessary orders on the representation of the petitioner, in the event, the representation is filed by the petitioner, the Director of Higher Education has already disposed of the representation after due consideration. Therefore, the order of this Court has been complied with. Perusal of the speaking order dated 28.08.2025 shows that representation of the petitioner dated 25.06.2025 has already been disposed of.
