Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) :- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to summon the entire record from the office of the respondent pertaining to the case of the petitioner for kind perusal by issuing a Writ of Certiorari, 10.2 And after perusal of record may kindly be pleased to command the respondents and to order the commissioner MC Risali to release the balance salary and allowances of the petitioner for the suspended period 03.03.2025 to 09.06.2025 with interest and compensation by issuing a writ of mandamus in the ends of justice 10.3 cost of the petition be awarded to the petitioner, as after a long wait when the department turned deaf to his request, he was compelled to approach before this Hon'ble Court on his own expenses, and cost with a meager salary. 10.4 Any appropriate writ, direction or order may also kindly be passed which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and appropriate in the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that with regard to claim towards 50% of balance amount of suspension period, petitioner has submitted representation before the respondent No.3 on 16.06.2025, which till date has not been considered, therefore, a direction be issued to respondent No.3 to take decision on the pending representation at the earliest within specified time. 3. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 3 4. On due consideration on the submission of learned counsel for respective parties, without entering into claim of petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to consider and take decision on the claim of petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of two months from the date of receipt of order. 5.
