The petitioner is an accused in connection with Azadnagar P.S. Case No. 35 of 2025. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier dismissed as withdrawn at that stage in B.A. No. 9758 of 2025. Submission has been advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing was recovered from his conscious possession. It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2025 and charge has already been framed in the present case. Learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. It appears that from the dicky of a bus, 480 bottles of Wincerex cough syrup was recovered in presence of the petitioner at the place of occurrence. Since the recovered quantity of Codiene Phosphate, found in the seized Wincerex cough syrup, is commercial in nature, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is hereby rejected.
