1. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following prayer(s) :-
"10.1 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ of mandamus and to give direction to the respondent authority to take appropriate action against the respondent No.4 on the basis of enquiry report. 10.2 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the charge sheet (Annexure P/6) filed against the petitioner, in the interest of justice. 10.3 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority that the representation of the petitioner dated 23.08.2017 (Annexure P/7) shall be considered within a specified time period. 10.4 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to provide any other relief(s) as the Hon’ble Court may deem fit under the facts and circumstances of the case.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to make a detailed representation raising his grievances before the concerned authority, and the authority may be directed to consider and decide such representation within a stipulated period.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, at this juncture, this petition is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to make a representation before the concerned authority and in turn, the authority concerned is directed to consider and decide the representation, if any, made by the petitioner within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of such representation in accordance with law.
