The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking direction to the respondents to pay them pay scale of Rs.4750-7440/-, Grade Pay Rs.1300/- per month at par with similarly placed employees of the department. The petitioner is a daily wage employee posted with the respondent No.2. 2 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the instant writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondents No.1 & 2 to decide the pending representation of the petitioner within stipulated time. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents would oppose the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No.1 & 2 to decide the pending representation of the petitioner within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order strictly in accordance with law. 5.
