The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jharia P.S. Case No.44 of 2025, for offence registered under section 126(2), 115(2), 132, 121(1), 324(4), 3(5), 351(2) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that brother of this petitioner namely Rajesh Ram was wanted in a case and the allegations are made that for execution of warrant of arrest the police has come to the house and also the petitioner and others have entered into the altercation with the police and opposed the arrest of the brother of this petitioner. He also submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.13 of the petition. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that allegations are there of entering into the altercation and opposing 2026:JHHC:9507 2 the arrest of the brother of this petitioner namely Rajesh Ram. 5. Considering that the petitioner happened to be only the brother of Rajesh Ram and the warrant of arrest is there against Rajesh Ram and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as aforesaid, and in that view of the matter, the petitioner, above named is directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today and learned court shall release petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
