1. This MCC has been preferred seeking extension of time for compliance of the
order dated 27.04.2026 passed by this Court in WPC No. 2724/2021 (Devesh Singh and others Vs. Chhattisgarh State Power Transmission Company Limited and others) to the extent it relates to the applicant.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that while disposing of the above writ petition, this Court had granted liberty to the petitioner to file a copy of the application dated 22.01.2021 along with a copy of the order passed by this Court within 15 days from the date of passing of the order; however, the same could not be submitted within time due to personal family issues. Therefore, a further 10 days' time may be granted to comply with the order passed by this Court.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents does not oppose the above limited prayer.
4. Vide order dated 27.04.2026 in WPC No. 2724/2021, this Court passed the following order at Para 5:
"5. Having considered the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is disposed of at this stage, directing the respondent No. 4/ Executive Engineer (Civil), Civil Division, CSPTCL, Bhilai – III, Distt. Durg (CG) to decide the application dated 22-1-2021 filed by the petitioners as early as possible preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Petitioners are also
directed to file a copy of this order along with copy of application dated 22-1-2021 before the respondent No. 4 within 15 days from today."

5. Having considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties and the reasons assigned in the application, further time of 10 days from today is granted to the petitioner for compliance with the aforesaid order in place of the earlier '15 days' (as mentioned in Para 5 of the order). The remaining portion of the order shall remain intact.
