Petitioner has moved a representation dated 05.03.2026 to respondent No.3-Superintedent, District Jail, Panipat, Haryana, for transferring him from District Jail, Panipat to District Jail, Ambala as his 84 years old father is suffering from paralysis and mother is also 82 years of age and suffering from various ailments and he has a minor son of 14 years. It is difficult for the family members to travel to Panipat to meet petitioner. 4.
