Inspite of that, they have been victimized and implicated in the present case. The records of the case reflect that charge-sheet was submitted in October, 2024 and harsher process of law was subsequently issued. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and draws the attention of the court to the injury report. Having considered the injury sustained by the injured and the fact that the petitioners are the FIR named persons, 2 I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioners. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is Rejected. Accordingly, CRM (A) 1729 of 2026 is dismissed. Memo of evidence submitted be kept with the record.
