Advocate, appearing for the State. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief(s):- “10.1. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner for it’s kind perusal; 10.2. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a suitable writ, order or direction and grant the petitioner exemption from surrendering himself on 25.08.2026 for serving sentence till compliance of the order dated 13.07.2026 (Annexure P/2) passed by the Hon’ble High Court in W.P.Cr. No. 142/2026 between Manoj Agrawal Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Others; and 10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, may also kindly be granted in favour of the peitioner.” 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner was released on parole and his remission was considered and the same was allowed vide order dated 20.08.2026 and he has to 3 formally surrender and thereafter consequence will follow. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was not having knowledge of the said order and prays for withdrawal of the present petition. 5. In view of the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner for withdrawal of the petition, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
