The petitioners have filed the present petition seeking consideration and appropriate disposal of their representations dated 03.11.2023, which have already been submitted before the concerned authority. By way of the present petition, the petitioners seek appropriate directions to the concerned authority for considering the aforesaid representations and passing an appropriate order thereon, in accordance with law, within a stipulated period. The petitioners have accordingly sought the following reliefs:- “ 10.1 That this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents for deciding the representation under Section 80 of Act, 2013 on total compensation in light of order passed in as per law laid down by Hon'ble Supreme Court in the matter of "Gayabai Digamber Puri (Died) through LR's Vs. The Executive Engineer and Ors. Civil Appeal (Diary No. 17566 of 2020) dated 03.01.2022" or praying for the similar order passed in WPC No. 6369/2025 (Nityanand Puri vrs State of Chhattisgarh) on 08.12.2025 (ANNEXURE P-6) within a time frame of 3 months..” 2. Learned State Counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the petitioners seeking a direction to the concerned 3 authority for consideration and disposal of their representations, he has no objection to the same. 3. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the concerned authority is hereby directed to consider and decide the representations dated 03.11.2023 submitted by the petitioners, in accordance with law, preferably, within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioners and the concerned authority shall consider the representations independently and pass an appropriate order strictly in accordance with law. 4.
