Accordingly, the respondents/competent authority are directed to adjudicate the annexure-P2 dated 17.03.2025 filed by the petitioner considering the judgment passed in Pawan Meena (Supra) and circular dated 19.02.2024 passed by Chief Secretary, Rajasthan within a period of 30 days from passing of this order, strictly in accordance with law by a speaking order.
