JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the order dated 04.03.2023 (Annexure-A) passed by respondent No.1 in R.P.No.109/2022-23. 2. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on careful consideration of the material on record, the same would indicate that, the khatha in favour of respondent No.4 was effected based on the order - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010403762023 NC: 2026:KHC:39826 WP No. 17519 of 2023 dated 23.06.1982 passed by the Land Tribunal, Nelamangala. 3. In that view of the matter, as respondent No.4 derives right and title in respect of the land in question based on the order dated 23.06.1982 passed by the Land Tribunal, Nelamangala, I am of the view that, no interference is called for in this petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. In view of dismissal of the writ petition, all pending applications, if any, do not survive for consideration and are accordingly rejected.
