The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s: (i) for the issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders for quashing of order passed by Hon'ble Bihar Land Tribunal in BLT Case No. 536 of 2013 dated 05th May, 2014 Patna High Court CWJC No.12079 of 2017(5) dt.02-02-2026 3/3 whereby and where under, the order dated 05.01.1998 passed by the Additional Collector, Araria in Misc. Case No. 01 of Araria 1989-90 under Section 45 "B" of the Ceiling Act, order dated 03.07.2007 passed by the Collector, Araria (petitioner herein) in Ceiling Appeal No. 02 of 2000-01/26 of 2005-06 and order passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Purnea in Ceiling Appeal No. 37/2007, dated 12.12.2007 were set aside declaring them to be without jurisdiction, erroneous and illegal. 2.
