Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.N.Nayak, learned ASC for State-Opposite Parties. 2. It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner, who is claiming regularization / approval of his service against the 1st post of Lecturer in Geography in Maharani Kasturika Modini Devi +3 Mahavidyalaya, Kalampur in the district of Kalahandi and release of salary components as per Grant-in-aid Order, 1994, that his claim is similar to the case of the Respondent in FAO No.509 of 2014, which has been disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench on 19th March 2025 and upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court. 3. It is further prayed on behalf of the Petitioner that his representation under Annexure-6 may be considered by the appropriate authority. 4.
