By the present petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent authorities to consider and decide her pending representation, whereby she requested for her transfer from the District and Session Raigarh to District and Session Court Rajnandgaon. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is presently posted as Stenographer Grade-02 at District & Sessions Court, Raigarh while her husband is serving as a Constable in the Police Department at Rajnandgaon. On account of the considerable distance between the two places of posting, the petitioner is facing ;nancial, physical and mental hardship. 3. It is further submitted that the petitioner is residing at Raigarh with her six-month-old child and, in the absence of any person to take care of the child during her working hours, she is facing considerable di>culty. It is also submitted that the petitioner's father-in-law and mother-in- law are aged and su3ering from various ailments. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner and her husband, both being government servants, seek to reside
3 at the same station. He, therefore, prays that the pending representation which is ;led in the year 2024 (Annexure P/6), may be considered and decided by the competent authority. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the representation of the petitioner shall be considered and decided by the competent authority in accordance with law within a stipulated period. 5.
In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the petitioner's pending representation, which is ;led in the year 2024 (Annexure P/6), in accordance with law and on its own merits, within a stipulated period and pass a reasoned and speaking order. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction and observation. 7. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's claim.
