There was recovery which have been effected from hide out of the another accused. State has opposed the prayer for bail and submits that substantial recovery was made from the vehicle itself. Learned advocate added that the petitioner along with two other were present in the vehicle. It has been emphasized that the petitioner had conscious information regarding the materials which were being carried out. 2 Having considered the quantum of seizure in the present case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected. The trial of the case is progressing smoothly. The learned trial court would keep up with the pace of the trial. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1648 of 2026 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
