The application seeking transfer is alleged to be kept pending at the end of the school. 2. On a perusal of the documents annexed to the writ petition, it appears that the application has not been made by the petitioner in the prescribed format. The same was submitted through speed post. 3. Currently, the online Utshasree portal for effecting transfer is functional. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the observation that it will be open for the petitioner to make application in the online mode in the prescribed format disclosing ground for the same. 5. The head of the institution shall consider the said application and if the prayer of the petitioner is allowed then take necessary steps to forward the application of the petitioner to the concerned District Inspector of Schools in accordance with law at the earliest. 6. The District Inspector of Schools shall take consequential necessary steps in the matter at the earliest. 7. If the application of the petitioner for transfer is allowed, then further consequential steps shall be taken without any further delay. 8. All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 9.
