In that view of the matter, taking into consideration the prayer made in the representations at Annexure-A, it is open for the petitioner to make an application through online seeking phodi and durasth in respect of the land in question. 4. However, as the petitioner is claiming the right over property based on the order passed in LND(SR) (3) (M) T 32/1991-92, it is open for the petitioner to make one more representation along with relevant documents to enable the respondent-authorities to take decision in the matter. If such representation is made by the petitioner, same shall be considered by the respondent-authorities expeditiously. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
