Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is selected for the post of police constable and interview was also completed and the merit list will be published shortly and after publication of the merit list, document verification will be done by the authority. She submits that the name of the petitioner has been deleted from the voter list and the petitioner has also preferred an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal. She further submits that due to the deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list, the petitioner will be not in a position to submit the document before the authority at the time of the verification of the documents. Accordingly, she prays for a direction upon the Appellate Tribunal for disposal of the appeal as early as possible. 2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Appellate Tribunal is requested to consider and dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner as early as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 2 3.
