Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred from Government High School, Goplinchuwa, District Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki, to Government High School, Chargaon, Block Koyalibeda, District North Bastar Kanker. He submits that the impugned transfer order has been issued despite the fact that no reliever has been posted at the present place of posting of the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is su6ering from a neurological disorder and has a two-year-old child to look after. It is also submitted that the petitioner's mother, who is residing with her, is su6ering from health issues and is undergoing treatment at Bhilai, requiring regular medical check-ups. Learned counsel further submits that the 3 petitioner has approached the Committee constituted under Clause 8 of the Transfer Policy, 2025, by submitting a representation, which is placed on record as Annexure P/6. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the petitioner has already approached the Committee by way of the representation at Annexure P/6, and the same shall be considered in accordance with law within a stipulated period. 3. Considering the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties and having regard to the health condition of the petitioner as well as her mother, and the fact that the petitioner has a two-year-old child, the respondents are directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation (Annexure P/6) within a period of 25 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such consideration and decision, the e6ect and operation of the transfer order dated 06.08.2026 (Annexure P/1), insofar as it relates to the petitioner, shall remain stayed. 4.
