way of mortgaging the property of the informant. He further submits that subsequently the compromise has been entered between both the sides and in Cr.M.P. stay was operating, however, later on when the informant has not come in the Cr.M.P. the said Cr.M.P. has been withdrawn by him. He refers to Annexure-3 which is no dues certificate issued by Punjab National Bank which suggests that the loan has already been recovered.
4.
Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the FIR is of the year 2015.
5. Considering that in Cr.M.P. No.390 of 2017 stay was operating and Annexure-3 is a document which suggests that the loan amount has already been recovered by Punjab National Bank and they have also compromised the matter and in that view of the matter the petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks and the learned Court shall release the petitioners on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
