Petitioner has filed the present writ application praying for expeditious disposal of the appeal pending before the appellate Tribunal. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working in the Soudi Arabia and his passport is going to be expired in the month of September, 2026. Due to the deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list, the passport authorities will not renew the passport of the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner has preferred an appeal against the deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list. Accordingly, he prayed for a direction upon the appellate Tribunal to dispose of the appeal as early as possible. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the appellate Tribunal is requested to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner as early as possible preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4. WPA 15948 of 2026 is disposed of. 2 5. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
