Heard Mr. Ravikar Patel, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. Praveen Das, learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the State/respondents. 2. The present writ petition styled as ‘Public Interest Litigation’ has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:- “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire record pertaining to the case. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the allotment of land made to respondent no.5, being contrary to law. 10.3 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent state authorities to grant adequate compensation to the land oustees or legal heirs of khasra no. 860/1 of village Dagori, and/or, 10.4 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent state authorities to allot alternative land to the land oustees or their legal heirs for agricultural purposes in accordance with law; 10.5 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent state authorities to initiate a enquiry proceedings, who are lose the revenue record (Dayra Panji) of the Khasra No. 860 of the year 1975-76. 3 10.6 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may, deems fit and proper may also be awarded to the petitioner including the cost of the petition.” 3. In the present petition, the petitioner has filed I.A. No. 3 of 2026 seeking exemption from depositing the security amount. However, we are not inclined to allow the said application. Accordingly, I.A. No. 3 of 2026 is rejected. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to deposit the security amount. 4. In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition after depositing the security amount in accordance with the rules.
