The petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the communication dated 08.05.2026, Annexure P-5, whereby the respondent- Corporation has refused to release a new electricity connection to the petitioner- Company on the ground of pending cases of electricity theft against the owner of the land on which the Company proposes to install telecom infrastructure, for which the connection has been applied.
