At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already submitted a representation before respondent No.1, which is pending consideration before the said authority. The said representation is 9led along with the petition as Annexure P/2. It is submitted that the grievance raised by the petitioner in the said representation may appropriately be considered and decided by the competent authority in accordance with law. 2. Considering the aforesaid submission, and without entering into the merits of the case, if the petitioner's representation (Annexure P/2) is still pending consideration before respondent No.1, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to consider and decide the said representation in accordance with law and on its own merits, by passing a reasoned and speaking order, within a stipulated time period. 3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. Respondent No.1 shall consider the petitioner's representation independently and shall take into 3 consideration the grounds and documents placed by the petitioner along with the said representation. 4.
