He was attached in Government Intermediate College, Kulanikhal, Rikhnikhal, District Pauri Garhwal, vide order dated 21.11.2024. Challenging his attachment, he filed this writ petition in 2024. 4. Registry had pointed certain defects, which, however, have not been cured so far despite repeated opportunities. 5. Perusal of the attachment order reveals that there was serious complaint against petitioner, which compelled the competent authority to attach him in Government Intermediate College, Kulanikhal, Rikhnikhal. The attachment order was passed after providing adequate opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 6. Since the impugned order was passed in public interest, therefore, this Court do not find any reason to interfere in the matter. 7. The writ petition thus fails and is dismissed.
