Chaturvedy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Manika P.S. Case No.31 of 2023. It has been alleged that the son of the informant was assaulted by the petitioner resulting in his death. Though submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated on suspicion, but it appears that on confession of the petitioner one blood stained Tangi was recovered from his house. It further appears that out of 11 charge sheet witnesses, 8 witnesses have already been examined. Regard being had to the above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
