Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed representation before the respondent authorities (Annexure P/4) for grant of selection grade, however, it has not been considered and decided till date, therefore, the respondents be directed to consider and decide petitioner’s representation in light of the order dated 12/12/2012 passed by this Court in WPS No. 3200 of 2005 (Mahendra Singh Khanuja v. State of Madhya Pradesh and Others). 2. Learned counsel for the respondents/State submits that petitioner’s representation will be considered and decided in accordance with law. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. Be that as it may, respondent No. 2/competent authority is directed to consider and decide petitioner’s representation (Annexure P/4) on its own merit within ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by passing a reasoned and speaking order, absolutely in accordance with law.
