SB: Hon'ble Shri Parth Prateem Sahu, Judge Order on Board 12/08/2026 1. Petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1. That this Hon'ble Court kindly be pleased to direct the respondents for deciding the representation as per government Guideline and after obtaining report for Deputy Registrar Gharghoda, District Raigarh Chhattisgarh. 10.2. Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that many other similarly placed persons have filed review application against the order passed by Sub Divisional Officer (R) under provisions of 247(4) of Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959. Though the petitioners have submitted representation before the Sub Divisional Officer (R), however, there is no specific mention of application for review. He also pointed out that in WPC No.2715 of 2019, in similar facts of the case, this Court disposed of the writ petition considering that petitioner therein has already filed 3 application for review before Sub Divisional Officer (R) and Sub Divisional Officer (R) was directed to decide the application for review already filed by the petitioner and therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file review application against the order Annexure P/1, before Sub Divisional Officer (R) , Ghorghoda, District Raigarh. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that as petitioners are not pressing this petition on merits and is only seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file appropriate application for review of order Annexure P/1, he is having no objection. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and also perused the documents available on record. 5. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioners to file appropriate applications for seeking review of order Annexure P/1, if such applications are filed by the petitioners, the concerned authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law. 6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this petition is disposed of. Sd/- (Parth Prateem Sahu) Judge Ravi Mandavi
