Learned counsel for State submits that in compliance to order dated 13.03.2026, representation of petitioner has been decided by respondent-Department vide speaking order dated 17.07.2026. 3. In view of above submissions and orders dated 17.07.2026, nothing survives in present contempt petition. However, petitioner shall be at liberty to seek legal remedies in accordance with law if he is still aggrieved by order dated 17.07.2026 passed by respondent-Department.
