Middey Mr. Akash Ghosh ….for the petitioner Mr. Debasish Basu Mr. Purnendu Das ……for the State respondents 1) Mr. Sandipan Ganguly, learned Senior Advocate representing the petitioner submits that present writ petition is filed seeking concerned police authorities to intimate particulars of criminal prosecutions as on date pending against the petitioner. 2) State respondents are represented by learned advocate. 3) Deputy Inspector General of Police (Legal), West Bengal is directed to inform particulars of criminal prosecutions which are pending against the petitioner as on date to the advocate-on-record for the petitioner. Such intimation is to be made by seven days from date. 2 4) Leave is granted to the learned advocate for the petitioner to amend cause-title of writ petition and add Deputy Inspector General of Police (Legal), West Bengal as additional respondent in course of this day. However, service of notice upon additional respondent is dispensed with since State respondents are represented by learned advocate. 5) Writ petition stands disposed of. 6) Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
