Learned counsel Sri.Kumara K.G., appearing for the respondent-complainant submits the charges have already been framed and the matter is set to trial. 5. In the light of the charges having already been framed, there is no warrant of interference on any ground whatsoever, particularly when the offence alleged is under Section 302 of the IPC inter alia. 6. Reserving liberty to the petitioner in both the petitions to urge all the contentions before the concerned Court at the appropriate time, the petitions stands disposed. Ordered accordingly.
