In this writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the communication notice dated 27.07.2026 (Annexure-A) issued by the respondent. - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010579622026 NC: 2026:KHC:44960 WP No. 26009 of 2026 3. Sri Vigneshwara S Shastri, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of Smt.Jaithra J Narayan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, submitted by referring to the order passed by this Court in WP No.5201/2020 (Annexure-D). He further submitted that the Committee has not been constituted by the respondent-Authority and no document has been produced by the petitioner before the Committee, and therefore, sought for interference of this Court. 4. Per contra, the learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent submitted that, the impugned communication notice at Annexure-A has been issued pursuant to the direction issued by the Committee constituted in terms of the order passed by this Court in WP No.5201/2020 (Annexure-D). Accordingly, sought for dismissal of the writ petition. 5. In light of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, I have carefully - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010579622026 NC: 2026:KHC:44960 WP No. 26009 of 2026 considered the order dated 11.06.2026 passed by this Court in WP No.5201/2020 (Annexure-D) and after considering the averments in the impugned notice (Annexure-A), wherein it is stated that the Committee has decided to conduct measurement of the disputed property on 21.08.2026 and 22.08.2026. 6. In that view of the matter, I am of the view that, no interference is called for in this writ petition. However, it is open for the petitioners to supply any documents intended to be produced before the Committee and also before the competent Survey Officer on the date of the survey.
