Heard the petitioners in the contempt application. 2. Upon hearing the petitioners, it appears that the Bank has already accepted the signatories of the Company. The petitioners allege that despite the same, the petitioners are not in a position to operate the bank account. Cheque books are not being issued by the Bank in favour of the petitioners. 3. The Court, by the order dated 9th April, 2025, directed the Bank to defreeze the bank account subject to depositing an indemnity bond as per the 2 norms of the Bank. The petitioners submit that the indemnity bond has been submitted. 4. According to the Bank, the same is not in accordance with the banking norms. 5. The Court is of the considered opinion that the grievance of the petitioners, at this stage, cannot be resolved in the contempt application. There is a fresh cause of action which the petitioners may agitate in an appropriate proceeding before the competent forum. The same cannot be adjudicated in the contempt application. 6. The contempt application stands disposed of. 7. Supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioners in Court today be retained with the records. 8. Be it recorded that the supplementary affidavit has not been considered by the Court at the time of disposal of the contempt application. 9. All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 10.
