ORAL ORDER Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
2. In this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to respondent No.3 to consider his representations dated 06.01.2020 and 24.04.2023 vide Annexure- H and J to enter the petitioner's name in the revenue records in terms of the order passed by the Land Tribunal, produced at Annexure-A, and to consider Form No.10, produced at Annexure-D.
3. Having regard to the relief sought by the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that the ends of justice would be met by directing respondent No.3 to consider the petitioner's representations in the light of the order passed by the Land Tribunal at Annexure-A and Form No.10 at Annexure-D, and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
