Heard Mr. C.R. Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. Shashank Thakur, learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the State/respondents. 2. By order dated 12.06.2025, this Court had rejected I.A. No.02 of 2025 seeking exemption from depositing the security amount and directed the petitioner to deposit the requisite security amount within a period of one week. However, despite the lapse of sufficient time, the petitioner has failed to comply with the said order by depositing the requisite security amount. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the present Public Interest Litigation may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh Public Interest Litigation after depositing the requisite security amount, if so advised. 4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the prayer is accepted. 5. Accordingly, the present writ petition (PIL) is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Public Interest Litigation on the same cause of action after depositing the requisite security amount, if so advised and in accordance with law.
