Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been foisted with the present criminal case.
Learned advocate for the State submits that there are materials appearing against the petitioner including the dying declaration of the victim. According to the State, deceased has specifically pointed out relating to the relation as well as role of the present petitioner.
Having regard to the same, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the present

Accordingly, CRM(A)2691 of 2026 is dismissed.
