Also heard Mr. K K Parashar, learned Addl. PP for the State of Assam. 2. This application has been filed seeking bail for the petitioner who has been arrested on the strength of NBWA issued by the learned Court where he is facing trial under the provisions of Wildlife Protection Act as well as the Arms Act. 3. The Order dated 12.02.2026 passed in learned Session Judge, disclose that the accused/petitioner has been absent several dates sometimes with steps sometimes without, which led to the issuance of NBWA. 4. The accused was arrested on 08.02.2026 and has nearly spent 2 months behind the bars. 5. It is submitted that the petitioner shall regularly faced the trial henceforth and therefore, maybe released on bail by imposing stringent conditions. 6. Having regard to the above, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail of Rs. 50,000/- with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority, one of them being a regular Govt. servant. It is further provided that in the event of further default on the part of Page No.# 3/3 the petitioner, the learned Trial Court would be at liberty to take further steps as per law. 7.
