The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent/ MCD to inspect the premises of the petitioner’s neighbours, i.e., Flats No. 29-C and 30-C, 1st F1oor, Pocket A-2 DDA Kondli Gharoli, Mayur Vihar Phase-3, 110096 (hereinafter ‘subject properties’), and take action in accordance with law. 2. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the neighbours residing in the subject properties have unauthorizedly extended their balconies, which is hampering the smooth flow of vehicles in the area. 3. In this regard, a complaint has been filed with the respondent/ MCD on 1st September, 2025. 4. Issue Notice. This is a digitally signed order. Upon inspection, if any unauthorized construction is found in the subject properties, the respondent/ MCD shall proceed to take action in accordance with law. 8. In the event the petitioner has any further grievance with regard to unauthorised construction, she is at liberty to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law. 9.
