Mr. Brijesh Kumar Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, prayer is to direct respondent nos. 2 and 3 to make spot inspection of illegal mining operation and cancel lease granted to respondent no. 4. On query he submits, photographs have been annexed to show mining operation conducted after dark." Petitioner now has information that his complaint is being acted upon.
